Kim Wagner is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ACTIVIZE Solutions providing leading edge business and IT services to Hospitals, Integrated Delivery Networks, Clinically Integrated Networks and Health Information Exchanges. Kim takes a vision and makes it reality. She helps organizations move to “the next level of success” by focusing on strategies that these organizations can execute well and aligning all activities within the organization to those key strategies.
Kim has built the mission and vision of ACTIVIZE Solutions. Her passion is fueled by a desire to provide innovative tools for healthcare providers that allow their focus to shift back to patient care and away from the regulatory burdens of the payers. When our clients speak, we listen! ActivizeMD was created to fill a gap in the industry Kim and her team identified during their consulting tenure. By offering clients access to dashboards that track performance across the entire patient population, Kim’s creative and visionary efforts have reduced the guesswork needed to gauge progress against performance and financial goals while minimizing workflow disruption.
Kim has more than 30 years of healthcare executive management and health information technology (HIT) experience, including 15 years of leadership roles with national solution organizations including Siemens and McKesson. She has served as a Business Development and Chief Technology Officer with a national health information exchange vendor and most recently served as a VP, Business Development Executive & Strategist for a national IT consulting firm. Kim’s experience includes senior leadership of large multi-health system implementations, sales and HIT business development, enterprise system selection and contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions planning, e-Health strategic planning, and multi-location process improvement and reengineering—all accomplished with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Kim received her Bachelor of Science in International Business Management and Computer Science from Walden University and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Carolina University. She has received her Healthcare and Management degree, PMP, CHIT Certification and Healthcare Administration Certification. Kim spends most of her time pondering and innovating the “next thing” but also balances life with her extensive travels, mentoring others, spoiling her chihuahuas and spending time with her son.

She believes in empowering her team with knowledge and takes coaching and mentoring her people very seriously. Deborah lives by the company culture she has helped to create – being a servant leader. Deborah has over 23 years of experience providing innovative IT and business services to Clinically Integrated Networks, Health Information Exchanges, Accountable Care Organizations and other Integrated Delivery Networks. This experience zeros in on client experience, business requirements development, workflow process redesign and optimization and a proven clinical adoption management program. Deborah is always ready to hit the ground running and delivers results quickly.
Early in her career, she developed and implemented employee wellness programs to improve population health management. She always refers to those days as her fun work! Her passion for improving health is stronger than ever and she believes ACTIVIZE Solutions provides the catalyst to activate a transformation that puts patients at the center of care.
Deborah received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She is a certified Change Management Specialist and holds certification from Columbia University in New York for Health Informatics for Innovation, Value & Enrichment. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, fitness and spending time with her family.

Sherry White is the Executive Director Regional Operations of ACTIVIZE Solutions, providing business solutions and leadership for our partners within the organization. Sherry brings over 15 years of healthcare management experience from leading hospitals, ACOs, and practice management, where she has aligned both clinical operations and revenue cycle within the organization to not only meet best practices but build success for the future. Her certification with MGMA brings an additional layer of expertise to the team as she partners with clients to ensure success and best practices on a national level.
Sherry’s experience includes executive leadership within large multi-health organizations, ACOs, and several leading hospitals where she has partnered with more than 1000+providers both on the clinical and administrative side to achieve outcomes. Sherry is an innovative leader who builds organizations and practices for success and works with the teams directly in finding solutions for future strategic decisions that create successful outcomes.
Sherry is very knowledgeable on how to build an environment that can be successful for the clinician and the executive as she mastered customer service while being an entrepreneur of a successful wellness clinic. Her background in ambulatory management, clinical operations and financial/quality analytics will partner with any client to develop the right plan of action.
Sherry received her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and Associates degree in occupational therapy from the University Louisiana Monroe. She obtained her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman’s University. She also holds multiple certifications with the Texas Occupational Therapy Association, American Occupational Therapy Association and received the most prestigious professional designation as a Fellow with the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
One thing that Sherry feels strongly about is setting an example. “Whether I am being a Mom or working with Physicians and Nurses, I too need to set an example in all that I do. I serve by helping organizations and clients improve and achieve best practices while building effective teams. My goal is to be meaningful as a leader. Being a leader is not about carrying a title, it is about unlocking others potential to become better. Whether I am being a mom or working with a client, I want to make a difference, motivate and inspire others to do more. A great leader pays it forward every day. "
